General Terms and Conditions

Thanks for purchasing tickets to a Barmuda event! These Terms & Conditions explain how ticket sales work, what to expect at our events, and your rights as a customer. By purchasing a ticket through Flicket, you agree to these terms.



1. Who we are



Barmuda is a bar and event venue located in Queenstown, New Zealand.

We host and manage events, while ticket sales and payment processing are handled through our trusted partner, Flicket (www.flicket.co.nz).



2. Purchasing tickets



All ticket sales are processed securely through Flicket.



When you buy a ticket, please make sure all details (event, date, quantity, and contact info) are correct before confirming payment.



Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time stated.



3. Pricing and payment



All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.



Payment methods accepted are those listed on Flicket’s checkout page.



Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.



4. Refunds and cancellations



All ticket sales are final, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or if the event is cancelled by Barmuda.



If an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, you’ll be offered a refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date.



If you can’t attend, tickets can usually be transferred to another person – just contact us before the event to arrange.



5. Event entry



Entry is only permitted with a valid Flicket ticket (digital or printed).



Please bring valid photo ID — Barmuda is an R18 venue.



Management reserves the right to refuse entry if you are intoxicated, underage, or behave in a way that could impact the safety or enjoyment of others.



Tickets may not be resold for profit. Any tickets found to be scalped or re-sold may be cancelled.



6. Event changes



Sometimes details may change due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, artist availability or weather).



If this happens, we’ll do our best to communicate updates quickly via email, social media, or Flicket.



7. Photos and media



By attending a Barmuda event, you agree that we may take photos or videos for promotional use on our website or social media.



If you don’t want to be photographed, please let our team or the photographer know on the night.



8. Behaviour and safety



We want everyone to have a great time. Please treat our staff, other guests, and the venue with respect.



Anyone behaving inappropriately or in breach of the law may be asked to leave without refund.



9. Liability



Barmuda is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property at our events, except where required by law.



We will always take reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
